I’ve always wanted to be a travel blogger – who wouldn’t want to travel, share your opinions and experiences and be paid for it? It seems like a killer deal. Having a larger-than-average family, we’ve benefited from blogs over the years that help find the best restaurants, the smartest itineraries, the best deals on hotels, the most scenic routes, and even one that specialized in suggestions for families of six! (sixsuitcasetravel.com). We’ve mastered the process of finding what we’re looking for as well as new experiences, by mining the data from fellow traveling friends and travel websites. By now I could write my own blog, and as my husband can tell you, I mention that often. But the travel advice that I could offer would be most valuable for people who share my same set of variables, or at least most of them.

I view this site in the same way one might think of a travel blog. It won’t be relevant for everyone. But it will be useful for those with similar experiences, challenges, opinions, hopes and intentions. I would be happy if it also helped some who are on a journey and don’t know where they’re going, but just know they need to move somewhere different than where they are right now. Perhaps you are a Wilderness Wanderer.

Our journey is not a physical one, it is spiritual, emotional,and intellectual.
